These terms set the ground rules for using SETU’s candidate, employer and verification services.

Use accurate information
Do not submit misleading proof, impersonate another person, misstate a requisition or attempt to bypass reciprocal disclosure controls.
Verification is evidence, not a guarantee
A verification records what was checked and when. It does not guarantee future performance, employment, hiring or the conduct of another user.
Fair platform use
Do not scrape private information, discriminate unlawfully, interfere with the service or use disclosed information outside the hiring purpose for which it was released.
Changes and suspension
We may change the service or these terms with notice appropriate to the change. Accounts may be limited while fraud, safety or material policy breaches are reviewed.
